CNC Machine Shipping Process

1. CNC Machine Loading Process

Step 1 — Truck Arrival Verification

Before loading begins, the transport truck is carefully verified against the shipping booking records. The truck license plate, driver information, and loading schedule are checked to ensure the correct vehicle is assigned for the shipment. This helps avoid loading errors and ensures smooth export coordination.

Step 2 — Container Number Confirmation

The container identification number is checked and recorded before loading. Our team verifies that the container number matches the export booking documents to ensure shipment accuracy and traceability throughout the transportation process.

Step 3 — Empty Container Exterior Inspection

Before the container is used, the exterior condition is inspected to identify any visible deformation, structural damage, or impact marks. This inspection helps ensure the container is suitable for transporting heavy CNC machines safely over long-distance sea freight.

Step 4 — Empty Container Interior Inspection

The interior of the container is thoroughly inspected before loading. Our team checks for water leakage, moisture, rust, holes, odors, or internal damage that could affect machine safety during transportation. Only containers that meet shipping standards are approved for loading.

Step 5 — Machine Positioning & Initial Loading

During the loading stage, the CNC machine is carefully lifted and positioned inside the container according to weight distribution requirements. Proper positioning helps reduce movement during transportation and improves overall shipment stability.

Step 6 — Half-Container Loading Inspection

After partial loading is completed, an additional inspection is performed to verify machine positioning and weight balance inside the container. Photos are recorded to document the loading sequence and ensure the machine remains stable before final loading continues.

Step 7 — Full Container Completion Check

Once loading is completed, the entire container is inspected again to confirm the CNC machine is securely positioned and properly supported. The final loading condition is documented to ensure transportation safety before container closure.

Step 8 — Container Door Closure Verification

Before shipment, both container doors are closed and inspected carefully. The door locking condition, alignment, and sealing areas are checked to ensure the container is fully secured for international transportation.

Step 9 — Security Seal Application & Final Verification

After the container is closed, an official shipping seal is applied and verified against the booking records. The seal number is documented to ensure shipment security and provide full export traceability before the container leaves the factory.
